Printed Circuit Boards Assembling

The PCB assembling is made with the use of the SMD technologies and point-to-point wiring. The usage of the modern highly productive SMD machines ("Philips", "Quadro") guaranties the high quality of the products with the technological circle one or two weeks.

Tool-making

The tool-making facility has wide potential. It manufactures and repairs punches and dies of various levels of sophistication, tooling ,stationary or modular die molds, as well as any mechanical processing, according to the client's drawings.

The technological circle includes lathe, milling, grinding treatments, drilling together with the micrometric and final metal treatments.

NC and electronic erosion equipment are operated with the help of the programs written in Master Cam.

Molding production

The plastic molding section is equipped with state-of-the-art die casting machines, allowing the manufacture of parts of any complexity, weighing from 0.3 to 500 grams. The section has a high capacity: the equipment fleet and three-shift production make it possible to manufacture large batches of products in the shortest time possible.

Materials: ABS, polycarbonate, polyethylene.

Optical filters

Optical filters based on interference multilayer coatings are designed with application of a specially developed CAD system. Layers are created in high-performance vacuum equipment with automatic process control by resistance and electron-beam evaporation. We are able to produce solar blend cut-off and longpass filters in the middle infrared spectrum range.

The main assignment of the optical filters produced by “RIELTA” company:

• cut-off interference filters for own product line of PIR detectors providing high white light immunity level (WLI);
• longpass filters for flame detectors.

Dielectric optical coatings production possibilities:

• cutting filters,
• interference and band-pass filters,
• antireflection coatings for optical parts made of various materials,
• mirrors and beam splitters,
• other optical coatings upon customer request.
